2 lbs chicken
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp red food coloring
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground red pepper
2 cups yogurt
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
6 tsp ghee
onion, tomato

marinate room temperature for 1 hour or fridge 8 hours to 2 days
